Services
Brand Boom Digital Solutions provides web development and design services to clients. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our services at any time, without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our services.
Intellectual property
All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, and software, is the property of Brand Boom Digital Solutions or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content on our website for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Brand Boom Digital Solutions.
Liability
Brand Boom Digital Solutions will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages.
Payments & Deposits
The clients are entitled to pay a 50% deposit of the total quotation payable as per the proposal laid by Brand Boom Digital Solutions, immediately upon the client instructing us to initiate our work. The remaining 50% of the fee is paid when the work is completed as per your satisfaction but is subject to the terms and conditions mentioned under the clauses “acceptance of work” and “rejection of work”. Brand Boom Digital Solutions holds all rights to stop the work before its delivery until the fee is settled and has been paid in full. No refund can be issued after the work has commenced.
Turnaround Times & Revisions
Turnaround times for our services are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the project and other factors. We will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated turnaround times, but we cannot guarantee that they will be met.
We allow a certain number of revisions to be made to the work provided, as specified in the project proposal. Any additional revisions will be subject to additional charges.
Project Delays & Client Accountability
We rely on our clients to provide complete and accurate information and materials in a timely manner in order to meet the estimated turnaround times. If there are delays caused by the client, such as failure to provide necessary information or materials, the estimated turnaround time may be extended.
Acceptance Of Work
Upon sharing the first draft of the website, you will have the opportunity to scrutinize the work. It is deemed necessary for you to notify us in writing; of any changes or unsatisfactory remarks that you may have on the work within 7 days of sharing the first draft with you.
Any work that has not been reported to us in writing as unsatisfactory within 7 days will be considered as your acceptance of the work supplied by Brand Boom Digital Solutions. Once the work is accepted or is considered as acceptance, it cannot be subject to rejection of work and 50% of the balance fee will be deemed as outstanding and payable from your end.
Rejection Of Work
If you, the client, reject any of the web design and/or development work within the specified time frame of 7 days, or do not approve of the ensuing work after your disapproval at first place, we, acting reasonably would reconsider and re-perform the work on certain points, and if you have been unreasonable in rejecting the work, we can choose to consider it as an end of the contract. This consideration makes you accountable to settle the outstanding balance amount and gives us the right to take all possible measures to retrieve the payment as on the completion of the project.
Subcontracting
We hold the right to subcontract or outsource any services, if need be, to perform for you as Brand Boom Digital Solutions that is deemed as fit by the organization or its employees.
Modification of terms and conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. You should review these terms and conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.
